Our classroom is set up like an actual bar. Our instructors make each and every drink right in front of the students. The class is mainly behind the bar practice time(75%) and 25% lecture time. The Premier/Mixology class also comes with unlimited practice time so the students can work on their speed. Our class sizes are limited to 8-10 students. Once the lecture/demonstration is over, the students get behind the bar and make each and every drink. Class time also includes role playing and simulated happy hours to work on the student's speed and efficiency.

Our 50 hour Premier/Mixology course consists of ten 4-hour lessons, unlimited bar practice time, and supplemental online classes (Vino101 and Beer and Spirits). The student can actually get more than the required 50 hours. The premier mixology is equivalent to 50 credit hours. Each lesson is an independent module that can be taken in any order after the first class and orientation. We offer morning, afternoon, night and flexible classes to fit any schedule.

In addition, we have the option of tailoring a flexible schedule using any combination of day or evening classes to fit any students' situation.

5 Hour Introductory Bartending Class

The Introductory Bartending class is offered on Mondays from either 10am to 2pm or 6pm to 10pm. The 5 Hour Introductory class allows the student to determine if bartending is right for them.

The Introductory Class fee may be applied to the Premier/Mixology class

25 Hour Bartending Class

Our 25 hour Bartending Class is held Monday through Friday (excluding Sundays) from either 10:00am-2:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, or flexible schedule. Class is one week in length. The fee for this class may be applied towards the Premier/Mixology class.

New classes start every Monday.

50 Hour Morning Premier / Mixology Course

Our 50-hour Morning Premier/Mixology course is held Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The Morning Premier Class is two weeks in length.

50 Hour Evening Premier / Mixology Course

Our 50-hour Evening Premier/Mixology course is held Monday through Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. The Evening Premier Class is two weeks in length.

New classes start every Monday.

50 Hour Weekend Premier / Mixology Course

Our 50-hour Weekend Premier/Mixology course is held on Saturdays only from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The Weekend Premier Course is five weeks in length.

New classes start every Saturday.

50 Hour Flexible Schedule Premier / Mixology Course

The 50-hour flexible course schedule allows the student to take any combination of morning, evening or weekend classes until they complete all ten 4-hour lessons and get all required practice time in. This allows the course to be completed at the student's convenience.

The school recognizes that adults have lives and commitments that may prevent them from attending one of our standard schedules. Regardless of your personal situation, if you want to attend our school and will make the effort to get here, we will work out a schedule for you. If you are in need of a special schedule, we will work one out for you during your personal interview with our enrollment director.
