Bartenders work for tips, but also get an hourly wage. Hourly will vary by state. Part time for bartenders can be 1-5 days a week depending on the shift. 2-3 days is average. Full time for bartenders is typically 35 hours a week or 4-6 days. Bartending is very flexible. You can make it your full time job, or just work once a month, it's up to you!
